Phil's Caulking is a fully insured registered service provider that operates in accordance to all Ontario regulations, that means you can count on us to stand behind our work.
We provide new construction and repairs/restorations. Occupied and fully operational job sites are never a problem. And we can also plan, manage, and build multi-phase jobs.
